None. You control the resistance the whole time. Rafael sets the energy of the room, but your effort is yours. Arrive 15 minutes early and we'll help you with the bike.

Cancel your class up to 6 hours before at no charge. Cancel later or miss the class and that class is used. No contracts, no hidden fees: you pay class by class.
