Terms of service.
Bookings, cancellations, payments and conduct. No hidden fine print.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 21 DOSE website, our online booking page and our in-studio classes and facilities, operated by 21 DOSE LLC ("21 DOSE", "we", "us"), located at 9355 NW South River Dr, Medley, FL 33166. By booking or paying for a class, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Liability Waiver, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the services. These Terms are written in English with a Spanish courtesy translation; the English version controls in case of any difference.
1. Eligibility
21 DOSE is an adults-only studio. You must be at least 18 years old to book and participate in classes. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you book, and you are responsible for activity carried out under your bookings.
2. Bookings and check-in
Classes are booked in advance through our online booking page (hosted by Setmore) or in person at the studio. Your spot is guaranteed only once the booking is confirmed. Bikes are assigned at check-in. Please arrive 15 minutes early; if you arrive after class has started, we may release your spot to someone on the waitlist.
3. Cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel a class booking at no charge up to 6 hours before the start time. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded; that class counts as used. These windows may be updated from time to time; the version in effect is the one shown to you at the time of booking. If we cancel a class, you receive a refund or a credit toward another class, your choice.
4. Pricing, payments and taxes
Payments are processed through our booking platform (Setmore) using Square as the payment processor, or in person at the studio. Your card details go directly to the payment processor under its own security standards (PCI-DSS); 21 DOSE never sees or stores your full card number. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and, where applicable, are subject to Florida sales tax and the Miami-Dade County surtax.
5. Purchases and refunds
- Classes are currently sold individually only. We do not offer memberships, class packs, or any recurring or automatic charges: you pay for each class when you book it, and there is no ongoing commitment.
- If you cancel within the free window described in Section 3, you receive a refund or a credit toward another class, your choice. The same applies if we cancel a class.
- If we introduce memberships or class packs in the future, we will publish their specific terms (including price, renewal, pause and cancellation rights) before you can purchase them, and those terms will govern such products.
- Except as described above or required by Florida law, purchases are non-refundable.
6. Health, risk and conduct
Indoor cycling and gym training are intense physical activity. By participating, you confirm that you are fit to exercise and that you have read and accepted our Liability Waiver. You control your bike’s resistance at all times. We expect respectful treatment of staff and other riders; we may refuse service to, or remove, anyone behaving in a dangerous, abusive or disruptive manner, without refund for the affected class.
7. Communications
When you book, you receive transactional emails or text messages (confirmations, reminders, changes) related to your bookings. Marketing emails or texts are sent only if you separately opt in, and every marketing message includes a way to opt out, reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual property
The "21 DOSE" brand, logo, site content, videos, curated music, copy and design are owned by 21 DOSE LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit this material without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 21 DOSE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or booking services, and our total liability for such claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Claims relating to physical participation in classes are governed by the Liability Waiver. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and apply to bookings and purchases made after that date. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
