1. Information we collect

• Booking data: your name, email, phone number and appointment details, collected through our booking platform (Setmore) when you book or purchase.
• Payment data: processed by Square through the booking platform. We receive a payment confirmation and the card type/last digits, but we never receive or store your full card number.
• Health and waiver data: information you choose to disclose to us under the Liability Waiver (for example, an injury or condition you tell our staff about). We use it only to keep you safe in class.
• Technical data: aggregate, privacy-friendly usage measurements via Vercel Analytics (no advertising profiles, no cross-site tracking cookies). Your language preference is stored on your own device.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, text or social media.

2. How we use your information

• Process bookings, payments and refunds.
• Run classes safely and provide customer support.
• Send transactional confirmations, reminders and important service notices.
• Improve the site, schedule and experience using aggregate analytics.
• Meet legal obligations and protect our rights and the safety of our community.

We send marketing emails or texts only if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time, reply STOP to any marketing text or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Marketing consent is never a condition of booking.

3. Booking and payments (Setmore and Square)

Our online booking runs on Setmore, and card payments are processed by Square. When you book or pay, the data you enter is collected by those providers under their own privacy policies and security standards (including PCI-DSS for card data). We recommend reviewing the Setmore privacy policy at setmore.com and the Square privacy policy at squareup.com. 21 DOSE never sees or stores your full card number.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use only what the site needs to work: essential functionality, a locally stored language preference, and Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that measures traffic in aggregate without building advertising profiles or using cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies from your browser settings. Our booking provider (Setmore) may set its own cookies on its pages under its own policy.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us operate, Setmore (booking), Square (payments), and Vercel (website hosting and analytics), when required by law, or to protect rights and the safety of people. These providers may only use your data to perform services for us or as described in their own policies for the services they provide to you directly.

6. Security and breach notice

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, as required by the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. §501.171), although no system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, in Florida, generally within 30 days of discovery.

7. Retention

We keep booking and purchase records while you are an active customer and afterwards as needed for legal, accounting, tax and safety purposes (for example, signed waivers are retained for the applicable statute-of-limitations period). We delete or anonymize data we no longer need.

8. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights may contact us to exercise them.

9. Children’s privacy

21 DOSE is an adults-only studio (18+). Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13. If you believe a minor provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the current version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
